About The Role
My Client is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Business Analysis, particularly in developing and managing dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITOM modules. Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Architecture and Implementation:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including but not limited to Event Management, Discovery, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive ServiceNow platform roadmap and ensure its alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
ITOM Expertise
- Configure and maintain ITOM processes and functionalities within ServiceNow to optimize IT operations.
- Implement automated workflows and integrations to streamline IT operations and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of the ITOM setup to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
Business Analysis And Dashboard Development
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for dashboard and reporting needs.
- Design and develop interactive and insightful dashboards to provide real-time visibility into IT operations and business performance.
- Utilize data visualization best practices to ensure dashboards are user-friendly, accurate, and actionable.
Collaboration And Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand and address their needs.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective solution delivery.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow and ITOM best practices.
Ideal Profile
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Proven expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules within ServiceNow.
- Extensive experience in business analysis and dashboard development.
- Prior experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including scripting, configuration, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of ITOM processes and tools, such as Event Management, Discovery, and Orchestration.
- Expertise in business analysis techniques and tools for gathering requirements and developing dashboards.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
