Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a service, including scheduling repairs, managing staff, and ensuring that repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the service, including safety and quality control standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for the service, including revenue and expense forecasts and performance metrics.
- Manage inventory and supplies for the service, including ordering and restocking parts and materials as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure that the service is meeting their needs.
- Train and develop staff, including mechanics, technicians, and customer service representatives, to ensure that they are providing high-quality service to customers.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Maintain equipment and facilities for the service, including overseeing maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
