Maintaining Turn Around Time (TAT), Open calls Ratio (OCR) and preparing reports
- Handling service center's query
Follow up with service center for high ageing calls- Handling Local Area Service Center's Operations
Manage team members and their daily work schedule
- Set clear team goals and KPIs
Discover Training Needs and Provide coaching- Motivate Team Members and Manage performance
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Coordinate with Customers and Service Centers
Arrange spare parts from Company or Dealer and resolve, customer's problem and get customer's satisfaction- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Co-ordinate effectively & timely with all concerned departments to ensure proper flow of communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Desired candidate profile:
Should have relevant experience of working in a service center or similar process from consumer durable industry / after sales service industry
- Basic technical knowledge of the spare parts and appliances
Aptitude for fast and adaptive learning.- Possess problem-solving techniques and ability to work in groups and independently.
Keeps oneself updated with the company product offerings, processes etc.
