As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for handling sales processes/ operations and supports the sales team by managing customer data, processing orders, and generating sales reports supporting sales and processes.:

Inside Sales Representatives communicate with customers to understand their needs:

.Sales operations

  • Supporting sales operations, managing the sales process from order to delivery, and maintaining customer databases and sales documentation
  • To achieve sales in line with sales targets/objectives set by calling buyers within our area of responsibility.

.Customer support

  • Handling and documenting customer accounts, preparing and reconciling customer balances, and correcting discrepancies.
  • Communicating with customers /Business Partners to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answering customers /BPs questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails,
  • Ensuring all customers/BPs within your section of the client data base receive at least one effective sales call per month and that the customer continues to spend with us whilst within our area of responsibility.
  • Deliver the best customer experience by minimizing customer returns and credits. To take and resolve any queries arising within agreed timescales.

.KPI file Data analysis

  • Preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and conducting marketing research, Maintaining and improving the database of prospects.
  • Effectively manage and develop a new and existing customer base to exceed set targets, Organize and manage sales files and ensure easy accessibility for the sales team

.Administrative support

Assisting and supporting Sales/Operations team in their day-to-day operations

The ideal Inside Sales Representative candidate will:
Excellent communicator
Be able to build successful business relationships with customers and colleagues.
Have demonstrable customer service experience.
Be able to work to deadlines.

Inside sales refers to sales made from within the office environment

Handle the preparation and processing of sales invoices. Update clients and sales teams regarding replenishment status

Knowledge of ERP/SAP/Oracle
