Generate service quotes form BPC and quote works .
Keep service opportunities CRM up to date
Respond and follow up with customers for anything related to service POs , quote requests .
Coordinate /follow up with UK factory for timely delivery of spares etc .
Coordinate between customer and UK for any service PO
Maintain and keep updated service spares inventory
Generate and update service calls on CRM Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities in line with the scope and level of responsibility of the role, which might reasonably be required.
NA Service Support
Maintain log of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
Sent reminder to service engineers at the end of Follow up for Visits and reporting for the pending visits.
Arrange for the Hard copy of Invoice, Contractors bill or similar Docs, courier the same with info on POD to customer
Follow up on pending payment & coordinate with Accounts for overdue invoices.
Keep a track of completed installations and create a database for sending AMC at the end of warranty period.
Create a log of Warranty Period for each new Installation.
Create RMA, coordinate, follow up with Logistics. Arrange delivery to customer, engineer on site.
Follow up with Accounts on raising the invoice and submit / mail the copy to concern dept.
Submission of AMC contract and follow up for AMC Renewal PO.
Create USD / INR quote for common spares like cables, Controllers, Screen etc.
Create log to promote Upgrades like PC / SW etc
Align with marketing UK and keep Concern Sector lighthouse customers on upcoming webinars etc
Support events - EMSI , BTNT send invite to all customers
Maintain Local stocks and update inventory.

Education / Qualifications
Good general education, Fresh Graduate - Bachelor of Commerce
Professional Skills/ Abilities:
A good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Practical experience of using accounting and administrative systems
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of Tally ERP would be advantageous.
