We are looking for friendly and energetic Cafe Service Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the caf. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process orders accurately, address customer inquiries, and handle special requests.
Order Fulfillment: Prepare and serve beverages, pastries, and light meals according to caf standards. Ensure that orders are served promptly and presented attractively.
Cash Handling: Process transactions using the POS system, handle cash and credit payments, and provide change as needed. Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, floors, and service counters. Ensure that caf equipment and utensils are sanitized and in good condition.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth caf operations and a positive work environment. Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Stock Management: Monitor and restock supplies as needed, including coffee, milk, and other ingredients. Inform management of low inventory levels and any equipment malfunctions.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive to enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional service, handling complaints or concerns professionally, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or caf environment is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Personal Qualities: Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
