Position Overview: The Service Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all service-related needs for the Family Office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in maintaining portfolio statements, timely query resolution, documentation, transaction processing, and form filling for wealth products such as mutual funds (MFs), bonds, non-convertible debentures (NCDs), alternative investment funds (AIFs), and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and requests from various fund houses and investment manager.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of service issues and concerns.
- Maintain portfolio statements and manage timely query resolution.
- Handle documentation, transaction processing, and form filling for various wealth products including MFs, bonds, NCDs, AIFs, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver high-quality service.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Relationship Manager or in a similar role.
- Extensive experience in maintaining portfolio statements, timely query resolution, documentation, transaction processing, and form filling for wealth products such as MFs, bonds, NCDs, AIFs, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service-oriented approach with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in handling wealth management products.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using financial & investment software and other relevant tools.
