Responsible for managing the overall release management process, focusing on service quality
Creating release process/strategy documents as per the requirements
Maintaining a release calendar for applications and associated services
Providing weekly/monthly release reports or as requested by the leadership
Conducting milestone/release readiness reviews with different stakeholders (Go/No Go)
Communicating all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes, downtime, release process preparation as well as guidelines
Providing expertise/support to CSMs in the Release Management service improvement plans
Owning Release Management Process for his/her customer/client
