About the Job
You will be handling complete Service Salesforce account management, mapping and new requirement changes on a day to day basis. Should take the ownership on resolving the issues and helping out the team use Salesforce flawlessly.
Responsibilities
Creating a Salesforce account and completing the mapping.
On request updating the ticket queue and the agent list.
Building the reports in Salesforce.
Verifying the user mapping data.
Creating a dashboard view for the team.
Handling administrational tasks.
Must-Have Skills
At Least a year experience as a Salesforce administrator changes.
Knowledge on Salesforce Administration and Sales, Service cloud changes.
Excel formulas to validate the mapping.
Creating Dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
