Role-Service Delivery Officern

JOB ROLE :n

  • Handling personalized service requests of customers.n
  • Generation of timely business MIS.n
  • Ensuring strict adherence to compliance, audit and regulatory requirements for customer segment.n
  • Coordination with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for account opening of customers.n
  • Managing complaints of customers and ensuring their resolution within TAT.
