Job Description: ServiceNow Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to design and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on integrating SAP ERP systems and workflow approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, integrating with SAP ERP systems.
• Utilize ServiceNow's Appengine features to develop tailored applications based on client needs.
• Integrate SAP with ServiceNow using Integration Hub and other methods, optimizing financial processes and procurement workflows.
• Demonstrate strong scripting skills to automate tasks and customize workflows.
• Develop frameworks and templates to standardize ServiceNow development and ensure scalability.
• Design user-friendly UI components to enhance the ServiceNow user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and trends, especially in the CPG sector and SAP integration.
• Continuously improve development processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow Lead Developer.
• Strong background in ServiceNow design and implementation.
• Expertise in integrating SAP with ServiceNow.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, workflow customization, and platform enhancements.
• Knowledge of Appengine development within ServiceNow.
