Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, development, and customization of modules. You will play a key role in enhancing our IT service management processes and delivering effective solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements.
Customize existing ServiceNow modules, workflows, and forms to improve user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth deployment.
Monitor and optimize performance of ServiceNow applications.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices to implement new features and enhancements.
Provide support and training to end-users and other team members as needed.
Catalog development and support.
Integrations and Support.
Business Continuity Management.
Hardware asset manager development and support.
Software asset manager development and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
