Develop custom applications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and other ServiceNow components.

Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, modules (e.g., ITSM, HR, ITOM, CSM), and other functionalities.

Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.

Develop and maintain integrations with third-party tools and services.

Enhance the user experience by developing dashboards, reports, and portals.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the platform's stability and performance.

Automate business processes and workflows using ServiceNow's scripting and automation tools.

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and development work.

Document best practices and standard operating procedures.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, HR, ITOM, CSM, and custom applications.

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and GlideAjax.

Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, XML).

Knowledge of ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.).

Excellent teamwork skills.

Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong conceptual and analytical skills

Ability of adapt any new technical environment with minimal knowledge transfer efforts
