Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the migration project and lead multiple technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Act as the primary technical resource for your team.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions.
Critical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and OOP principles.
- Minimum of 2+ years experience As Team lead with the NOW platform, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL) and proficiency in writing queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with F&A business processes and experience in all phases of SDLC.
- Good analytical skills for understanding migration techniques and newer business solutions.
- Experience using Web Services and XML technologies.
- Strong knowledge of API integration techniques.
- Proven experience in managing teams of 10+ members.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with involvement in requirements gathering.
- This is a developer role
