Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Developer
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
Mode of work: Remote
Notice period: Currently serving, Immediate to 15 days
Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to customer requirements.
Create, implement, and modify ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITBM and other components.
Maintain technical documentation and assist/participate in QA and user training activities.
Understand and implement the project delivery lifecycle and processes.
Script (JavaScript) for different modules, including writing Rules, updating/creating workflows, APIs, etc.
Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.
Solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
Maintain a strong focus on code quality and reusability.
Basic Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering, MCA, or an equivalent education.
3-4 years of relevant experience in design and development with the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in scripting, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Angular, with experience in REST API integration as a plus.
Proficiency with the ServiceNow framework and a good understanding of UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, ServiceNow administration, Reporting in ServiceNow, SQL, and Database views in ServiceNow.
Experience across Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
Dynamic team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, or others. Implementations will be a big plus.
Preferred Requirements:
ITIL Certified.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Any additional ServiceNow certifications will be a plus.
