Job Description:

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will have 6 to 15 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, with strong skills in creating and customizing modules and workflows. Candidates should be available for an in-person interview at Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, specifically in the ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other enterprise modules.
• Implement and enhance workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing ServiceNow instances for better performance and usability.
• Work with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Follow best practices for ServiceNow development and maintain documentation of configuration changes and customizations.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior developers as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 to 15 years in ServiceNow development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.), scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.), REST/SOAP APIs, and integration tools.
• Certifications (preferred): ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
