Job Description:

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).

Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP).

Experience with database design and management, especially within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership and project management capabilities.
