Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement service processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve service goals and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Audi brand standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts and timely repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership, preferably with a luxury brand.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
