We are looking for a skilled Senior Service Advisor with 2 to 3 years of experience in the automobile industry to join our team in Panvel. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating service appointments, and providing expert advice on repairs and maintenance. You will act as the key liaison between customers and our service department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, addressing their service needs and concerns.
- Prepare and review service estimates and work orders.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in service management software and MS Office.
