Qualification: Diploma Electronics & Communication OR Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Job Description:

Service Engineer should have proper toolkit with all required tools and required documents i.e. service report book, installation records, product catalogues, product-wise driver CDs.

Receive technical problem calls of machines.

Installation of machine

Service Call

Provide demonstration of the machine to the visitors.

Operate the machine.

Trouble shooting.

To manage the sample gallery.

To do the creativity work for preparing new trophies, applications, signs etc.

Timely submission of Tour expenditure vouchers duly completed in all respects with supporting attachment and obtain signature of Technical Head and forward to HO

Daily reporting to Branch Head/Technical Head (HO).

Over and above if any the task given as per the requirement is to be carried out.

Requirement:

Local Candidate

Two-Wheeler with Driving License must

Should be able to read, write and speak Local Language.

While communicating with HO at least he should be well versed with HINDI.
