EXPERIENCE: 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1.Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.

2.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products or systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and resources as needed.

3.Installation and Maintenance: Perform installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our products or systems.

4.Customer Training: Conduct training sessions for customers to educate them on product features, usage, and best practices.

5.On-Site Visits: Travel to customer sites as necessary to perform installations, repairs, or other service-related tasks.

6.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all service activities are performed according to company standards and compliance requirements.

7.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new product releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies to enhance your technical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in a technical support or service engineering role, preferably in the technology industry.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Certifications or training in relevant technologies or methodologies.
