- Responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customers equipment.
- Establish and maintain the Best Practices for Service and Maintenance as guided by Putzmeister Service Manual
- Performing necessary site administrative duties as assigned
- Reducing breakdown times
Qualifications essential/desired:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics
- Working knowledge of Computer Operation
- Able to read and understand documents in English (required for understanding the Service Manuals and System Drawings)
- Able to write documents in English (required for preparing Service Reports)
- General Mathematical capabilities (to calculate Shotcrete data and understand shotcrete characteristics such as Concrete Recipes, Slumps, Flowability and Pumpability, Additive supply and calibration etc.)
- Ready to re-locate anywhere in India
- Must be able to be stationed at remote locations for extended time periods
- Must be able to mobilize himself for travel within 12 hours of intimation (for on-call and emergency cases at remote sites)
- Must be ready to work hands on in the machine following all safety guidelines laid down by Putzmeister as well as the Site Management where the call is being attended / person is being stationed.
