Main responsibilities:
- Actively engage in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and servicing of Automotive, Aerospace andStructural multiaxis test systems based on Moogs Servo-hydraulic or Electro-mechanical systems includingcontrol electronics and simulation software for fatigue testing.
- The popular test systems are
o4-posters & 7-posters (both for durability and buzz-squeak-rattle)
oMAST tables (instrument panels, engine mount durability, etc.)
oHydraulic & electric hexapods with Climatic and acoustic systems (general purpose rigs)
- Providing Pre-Sales/Post-Sales support to customer on Moog products/systems.
- Familiar with drive file development, Data Acquisition System, Data Analysis, and scripting.
- Calibrate instrumentation including strain gages, accelerometers, load cells, displacement transducers,thermocouples etc.,
- Lead successful resolution to customer service issues.
- Liaise with peer engineering groups across the organization in resolving key issues.
- Execute AMCs and perform breakdown maintenance through site visits or online.
- Prepare interim and formal completion project/site visit reports.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Control/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- Have multi-disciplined skills in Control System development, Applications Engineering, System Integration, and Control Software Architectural design and implementation for structural durability/full scale fatigue test systems.
- Exposure to Servo & Proportional Hydraulics.
- Understanding of applications with Hydraulics/Electro-Mechanical in Test (Automotive / Aerospace).
- Working knowledge in Testing & Simulation Software.
- Familiarity with Testing standards, principles and techniques.
- Knowledge in Digital Controllers.

Work experience
- 3 to 7 years of progressive experience Electro-Hydraulics & Electro-Mechanical based motion control products and Automotive/Aerospace Digital Controllers.
