Roles And Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems, UPS systems, and solar energy systems for clients
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting of power backup and solar energy systems
- Ensure timely completion of service calls and proper documentation of service reports
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating effectively and addressing their needs promptly
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the power backup and solar energy sectors
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customers
- Keep track of inventory and ensure availability of necessary spare parts and tools
