Role Description

1. This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer at M.E Energy Pvt. Ltd., located in Pune. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance and repair tasks. The role will involve regular communication with customers and coordination with internal teams.
2. Should be able to handle site activities /installation including electrical & instrumentation for the system like (Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems)
3. Good experience of handling of health, safety and environmental aspects of the project construction.
4. Experience of handling of site QA/QC procedures, material receiving procedures, material handling and storage etc.
5. Strong leadership personality with good communication skills, fluent English language.
6. Should be able to handle customer complaints in time

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting, Field Service, and Technical Support skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in maintenance and repair
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of thermal engineering systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

Position: Site Engineer

Reporting to: Dy. Manager/ Manager Projects

Location: Pune

Experience level required: 5-10 years

Qualification: Diploma /BE in Mechanical Engineering

Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

A minimum of bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.

At least6 years experience in construction and erection works in power plant, west heat recovery system, Boilererection or other complex industrial type construction projects

At least 4 years experience in site or construction management ofpower plant
