Experience : Min 1.0 to 3.0 Yrs
Job Duties :
- When Get Call from Customer for pumps problem to solve problem on site
- To be appoint maximum service station under distributor
- Dispatch repairing pump sets within one week after receiving pump sets
- Visit service station regular basis Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
- Responds to customer complaints
- Maximum try to solve problem of Pump-sets at sight
- Provide positive and helpful disposition and professionally communicate with customers
- Findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands
- Works alongside with technical
- Communicate effectively with team, providing reports and photos of pumps and associated equipment. Work independently or as a member of a team
- Travelling is must
