We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience working directly at customer sites. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in resolving technical issues related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective troubleshooting and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly at customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic systems.
- Manage and develop Parts and Service business within the assigned area or customer base.
- Keep the Territory Service Manager informed about critical customer issues and updates.
- Provide regular daily or weekly progress reports to the Territory Service Manager on assigned tasks and activities.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working at customer sites within industries such as MHE, Industrial Equipment, Automotive, or Construction & Mining Equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers and internal teams.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and support.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks within specified timelines.
