Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer at INVENTA SYSTEMS located in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues, conducting equipment maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
