Job Description

  • Understanding of EV systems, components, and their interactions.
  • Knowledge of electric powertrains, batteries, inverters, and charging systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with EV components and systems.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for EVs
  • Understanding of the mechanical aspects of EVs, including the drivetrain, suspension, and braking systems.
  • A strong emphasis on safety protocols and procedures related to high-voltage systems in EVs.
  • Knowledge of emergency response measures in case of accidents or malfunctions.
  • Familiarity with the software and firmware that control and manage EV systems.
  • Ability to update and troubleshoot software-related issues.
  • Effective communication with customers to understand and document issues.
  • Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong customer service skills to interact with vehicle owners and provide satisfactory solutions to their concerns.
  • Collaboration with other engineers, technicians, and support staff to address complex issues.
  • Working closely with other departments such as design, manufacturing, and quality control.
