Responsibilities:
- Profound understanding of electrical systems used in manufacturing machinery, including motors, PLCs, sensors, and control panels.
- Experience using diagnostic tools and software for efficient problem-solving.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to electrical installations and maintenance in manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical components and systems in manufacturing machinery.
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and production staff.
- Analytical mindset for diagnosing complex electrical problems and implementing effective solutions.
RequirementsRequirements:
- A bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial sector with 2-6 years of Experience.
- In-depth understanding of electrical systems, components, and control systems relevant to cranes.
- Experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment, preferably including cranes or heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of VFDs and other control systems used in crane operations.
- Understanding of safety standards specific to crane operations, including lockout/tag out procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of electrical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
