Position - Service Engineer - Digitalization
Location - SK Mines, Rajasthan.
Responsible for the digitalization of services in the company, ensuring a smooth transition from manual operations to digital and automation-based processes.
Job Purpose As a Service Engineer, you must maintain the OptiMine Systems on customer sites through System Availability.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that OEM Safety & Environment Policies, Systems and Programs are understood. The Service Engineer shall ensure system availability through execution of all planned & unplanned maintenance tasks related to the DCU, Data Logger, Tablets, LTU, Wi-Fi Tags,VCM, electrical and onboard surveillance system's hardware.
- The Service Engineer shall be required to co-ordinate with the System Specialist when
- executing maintenance tasks that require dual diagnostic test procedures from surface to underground.
- The Service Engineer shall also be required to do minor repairs of system equipment hardware in a technical workshop environment.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with
Diploma(Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation trade) qualification with 4-8 years experience with a proven track record in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology (EPEC Systems).
You should have prior experience in Electromechanical devices. You also have Mechanical, Electrical, or electronic equipment maintenance competence in some of the below areas-
- Basic 5 module LHDs or Trucks with EPEC control systems
- Basic electronic systems
- Basic LV electric systems
- Mechanical Equipment
- Hydraulic systems
- video display systems
- Advanced electrical systems (low current relays, electronic timers, electrical/electronic
- overloads and protection devices, solenoids, actuators, proximity devices etc.). You should also have prior experience in Electromechanical devices, Auto electrical devices, RF systems, Electrical devices (transformers, limit switches etc.),Digital/analogue computer systems, DC power supplies, Test equipment, Low voltage AC equipment; Primary and secondary power equipment, UPS equipment, Portable AC/DC equipment.
