Job Description

  1. Responsibility service calls Excellence in ROTN
  2. Knowledge on UPS Specially with > 20KVA and above
  3. Installations and Commissioning of UPS,STS, AHF, LIB & LV electrical products.
  4. Handledprojects Like DATA CENTER CLIENT from starting to ending of assigned project.
  5. Maintain the TAT/RT/CSAT with on time closures in system.
  6. Knowledge in Installation and commissioning on all Vertiv model UPS.
  7. Work closely with customer in day-to-day activities to enhance customer satisfactions.
  8. Have good communication skills and good co-ordination within the team.
  9. 24/7 technical support for client on operational a maintenance.
  10. 75% traveling in ROTN calls Analyze, identifying and understanding the customer requirements.

Diploma, Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E)
