MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY- Profile - Service Engineer
Qualification - B.Tech - Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics
- Experience -Min. 2+ yrs. in Automatic Bending Machine (must have working knowledge on different types of controller systems, in-built in machine such as DELEM, CYBELEC, ESA etc.)
- Quality Inspection of Automatic Bending Machine, before dispatch.
- Installation of Automatic Bending Machine at client site.
- He will provide training to the operator and the concerned persons, from client side.
- Preventive Maintenance of machine.
- Servicing of machine, in case of any fault.
Bending Machine These are machines, which work from the roll/coil and process plus bend automatically the steel rules used in cutting dies / forms. In Fabrication Industry, where Metal Rolls / Coil are being bend / mold in a specific form, to produce a pre-decided shaped metal output. Example:- In automobile / railway etc, such machines are being used to bend / mold the metal sheet in a specific form
