Key Responsibilities
- Work Location - Bhiwandi - Amne Gaon
- Check and Analyze incoming instruments for defects.
- Maintain inward and outward records of the defective instruments and check if instru-ments is under warranty or not.
- Give assistance in generating quotes as needed.
- Cleaning , sterilization and then carry out repairs of the incoming instruments.
- Send details for billing , for units are out of warranty
- Send repaired units for packing and outward details to concerned team for tracking.
- Dismantle and assembling of instruments parts.
- Sharpening blade with hand tools and machine tools like high-speed Grinder.
- Execute repairs of defective Instruments coming from across India which are used in Operation Theaters for Surgery, and this person would be.
- Carry out and own end to end process of repairs like maintaining inward and outward records, repairs, dispatch.

- Operating knowledge of Ultrasonic cleaner, sand blasting cleaner and Air Compressor.

Educational Qualification and Experience
- Education : ITI Passout from ITI Institutes
- Diploma Good to have experience:
- Operating knowledge of lathe machines, drilling machines, laser welding, CNC machines, Polishing machines etc.
- Should be able to operate computers, MS office, emails etc.
- Must to have experience:
- Operating knowledge of lathe machines, drilling machines, laser welding, CNC machines, Polishing machines etc
- Experience Bracket : 2-5 years in Total , 1-3 Years as a Turner would be an added advantage.
