About Insoil
Insoil is a technological ecosystem that brings rapid soil testing along with fertilizer recommendation on farmers fingertips. Insoil ecosystem consists of Insoil automatic soil testing device, Upaj app and other technical processes that combine to execute successful soil testing in the field. This mission relies on sound customer training and handholding that enables seamless services in the field.
Job Description
We are currently looking for Service Engineer in InSoil division under Upaj. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Providining technical support and assistance to Insoil customers across India mostly in rural locations.
- Determining and addressing the customer's needs, problems, complaints, requests, questions and deadlines in a business-like manner.
- Directing and handling the customer's needs for diagnosis.
- Verifing with the respective stakeholders/ vendors that the appropriate services have been completed.
- Willingly provides superior customer service levels that exceed customer expectations while staying within company policies and guidelines.
- Responds accurately and on time to all administrative and paperwork duties and deadlines including training, time records, invoices, evaluations, deposits, etc.
- Ability to handle Pan India Services.

What We Are Looking For
- Graduate or equivalent/ Engineering (Electronic and communication/ Electrical engineering or allied field.
- Exposure to farming and understanding of crop field scenarios.
- Interests in travel in rural landscapes of India for at least 70% of the time.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information in a clear and thorough manner.
- Comfortable delivering against challenging commitments.
- Confident, execution focused, team oriented, with an ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a better place.
