- Key responsibilities & duties:
Preventive Maintenance: Plan preventive maintenance at the beginning of every month, strictly adhere to the schedule, and submit reports to the Head Office at the end of each month.
Breakdown Maintenance: Plan and deploy technicians to the breakdown site to minimize sales loss.
Addressing and resolving day-to-day breakdown complaints.
LPG Installation Maintenance: Scheduling AMC for contractual and non-contractual customers according to company norms.
Management of customer complaints.
Coordinating with customers for preventive maintenance, planning, and execution of breakdown maintenance.
Promptly submit the spare consumption report and ensure that invoices are sent to CODO/DODO outlets.
Immediately request replenishment of consumed spare parts for stock.
- Legal Metrology Stampings: -
Ensuring the upkeep of due date records for all ALPG DUs and MS/HSD DUs of COCO/DODO, while conducting regular checks for CODO/DOCO and coordinating effectively with the LM officer and the service provider for MS/HSD DUs.
Statutory Responsibilities:
Ensuring timely renewal of ALDS licenses.
