Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Service Desk professional to join our team in Navi Mumbai. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in providing customer service and technical troubleshooting support to our clients. This position requires a passion for solving problems and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Desk Call taking profile.
Respond to the issues reported by customer predominantly through voice and emails, chat, etc.
Identify, investigate, and diagnose the issue.
Provide resolution to customer based on in scope processes.
Follows the incident life cycle as defined by process - log the incident - categorize and document - resolve or assign the incident to relevant assignment group.
Achieve defined targets.
L1 Support for Resident, Non-Resident Guests & Belvedere
L1 Support for Hotel Staff for Team Internet
Wi-Fi assistance for Hotel Events/Conferences.
Qualification And Work Experience
Qualification: B.Sc. / BE /B Tech
Work experience: Fresher -2 Years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with email etiquette and customer service skills
Good Analytical skills
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, Tools and network
Proficient in Ms Office
Willing to work in Rostered shifts as per project requirement.
Competencies /Expertise Required (Functional & Behavioral)
- Systematic problem-solving skills, with the ability to think.
- Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
