Job Description

Technical Support Associate (International Voice Process)
Must have fluent communication skills

Eligibility Criteria: Any graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Technical support voice process (service desk)

Min 1 yr of Exp in International/Domestic both - upto 4 Lpa + Allowance (night shifts) + Incentives

Min 2 yr of Exp in International only - upto 6 Lpa + Allowance (night shifts) + Incentives

Immediate Joiners

5 days working with 2 days rotational off

7 Shifts (US shift)

WFO only

Both sides cab available in the hiring zone (25km)

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune AND E.city, Bangalore

Skills required : active directory, DNS, VPN, O365, ticketing tools, ServiceNow, service desk

Note

1/2year of experience should be after completing thegraduation only.

It shouldn't beopen university.

Overall education should be of 15 years.
