Job Description

Service Delivery Manager

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead six interconnected teams responsible for the entire software marketplace onboarding journey - from pre-boarding preparation to post-boarding success. You'll wear many hats, overseeing day-to-day operations, delivery excellence, performance optimization, and thought leadership in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding strategy across pre-boarding, onboarding, and post-boarding phases.
  • Team Management: Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment across six connected teams, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delivery Excellence: Ensure timely and high-quality onboarding experiences for marketplace participants.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve onboarding processes to maximize results.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and driving innovation within the onboarding space.
  • Program Management: Oversee the development and execution of onboarding programs, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Project Management: Direct and manage project execution across all onboarding phases.
  • Training & Quality: Implement robust training programs and quality control measures to ensure a consistently exceptional onboarding experience.
  • Business Review & Reporting: Regularly assess onboarding performance, generate insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of software marketplace dynamics and onboarding best practices
  • Excellent project and program management skills.
