We are looking for a
Service Delivery Quality Associate to join our Service Delivery Quality team at AHI within our Technology Enabled Services division. Your job will be to use data analysis and qualitative evaluation to determine root causes of a problem, propose solutions and coordinate for implementations to improve the customer value and athena operational efficiency.
You will be responsible to perform voice and non-voice audit tasks, and monitor the quality of services, identify key behaviors and defects. Provide feedback, process recommendations and training inputs to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform the voice and non-voice transaction audits as per the defined sampling criteria
- Assess the quality of transactions by comparing them against the established workflows and directives
- Master workflow design and analysis through Lean Six Sigma or other operational engineering techniques, considering impact on dependent processes and ensuring continuity of work delivery
- Identifying Errors and deficiencies in the transactions to determine potential root causes
- Design elegant solutions that favor automation, work prevention, and product enhancement over manual workflows
- Lead initiatives and projects that improve client and operational outcomes over a planning cycle, representing broad subject matter expertise
- Staying Up to date on changes in healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and federal guidelines and ensuring compliance within the medical billing component
- Maintain detailed records of audit findings and area for improvements
- Summarize the audit results and publish the same to stakeholders on a periodic basis
- Provide regular training inputs and feedback to internal and external teams based on audit observations
- Build effective relationships across geographies and divisions for a collectivesuccess
- Collaborate internally with team to resolve issues identified from day to day working of tasks
- Collaborate with others tosupportfunctions and build a positive team culture
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years experience in US Healthcare industry
- Previous Quality auditor work experience is preferable
- Experience working with cross-functional groups and teams to achieve common goals
- Proficient in communicating and presenting to stakeholders about key accomplishments/ milestones.
- Experience interfacing with internal or external customers to achieve a desired objective
- Payment Posting, Credit balance and analysis of RCM workflow from claim payment to denials.
