This role will Provide close supervision of call responses and handles escalated calls. Trains staff in Customer Service procedures and provides changes to procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
Role Responsibilities & Role Purpose:
To manage Revenue & Delivery of National Accounts of Central India Region (MP, CG & Vidarbha Region).
New Channel Partner/ Service Franchise Development, Service Recco, Technical Support to Customer & Channel Partners & EHS roles & responsibilities.
To Manage Service TAT, SLA, Timely PMS Submission, Payment Collection, Email response to Customers & Channel Partner.
Minimum Requirements:
