Job Description

This role will Provide close supervision of call responses and handles escalated calls. Trains staff in Customer Service procedures and provides changes to procedures to ensure continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities & Role Purpose:
  • To manage Revenue & Delivery of National Accounts of Central India Region (MP, CG & Vidarbha Region).
  • New Channel Partner/ Service Franchise Development, Service Recco, Technical Support to Customer & Channel Partners & EHS roles & responsibilities.
  • To Manage Service TAT, SLA, Timely PMS Submission, Payment Collection, Email response to Customers & Channel Partner.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduation in Engineering
  • Minimum 7+ Years work experience of HVAC field.
