Job Description

Job Summary

  • Role: Service Delivery Expert
  • Key responsibility: Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Required experience in Azure environment, including account creation/deletion and working on admin center, MS Entra ID, etc.
  • Expected to create and maintain process documentation
  • Strong service management knowledge based on ITIL processes needed
  • Good working experience with Microsoft Applications like Word, Excel and reporting applications is necessary
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Remedy/Service Now ticketing systems is desirable
  • Extensive experience in Change Management and reporting
  • ITIL Certification is a plus
  • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
