Manage ICSS C&C activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Oversee the execution of control tasks and assess their effectiveness, driving continuous improvements.
Independently handle day-to-day control activities for R2R and P2P, addressing risks with timely corrective actions.
Identify and address gaps in MEC activities, proposing solutions for better efficiency.
Ensure timely delivery of control activities, meeting deadlines with proactive issue management.
Maintain updated knowledge of control frameworks and promote best practices across processes.
Foster strong communication with internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and compliance adherence.
Lead MEC-related activities, ensuring accurate reporting and timely completion.
Engage with Local Finance / Business Teams as may be necessary to resolve any challenges that may require specific expertise and drive any such challenges to solution.
Build collaborative and trusted working relationships within key stakeholders. Complete other ad-hoc or transformational projects as required.
Qualifications and skills
Essential:
MBA (Finance) OR any Accounting qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience.
Basic Requirements:
Experience in Close and control, financial reporting, or financial audit roles, with a deep understanding of accounting.
Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Experience of Close & control and decision-making support
Demonstrated ability to drive a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong communicator with experience working in English speaking organizations.
