Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Service Delivery Associate. The Service Delivery Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including providing exceptional customer service, utilizing analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. This role is primarily located in Vadodara, with flexibility for remote work as well.
