Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, seat them efficiently, and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience. Take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and make menu recommendations when appropriate.
- Food & Beverage Service: Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and presented attractively.
Table Maintenance:
Maintain clean and organized tables, clearing used dishes and utensils, and resetting tables for new guests.Restaurant Ambiance:
Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests by keeping the restaurant clean and organized.Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and provide exceptional service.
- Following Procedures: Adhere to all company policies and procedures for food service, hygiene, and guest interaction.
No prior experience necessary, but a strong willingness to learn and a passion for hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help others.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,800.00 per month
