    • Qualifications:
    • Education: Degree or diploma in IT, computer science, or a related field.

    • Experience: 3-5 yrs experience in a similar role within the IT hardware industry is often preferred.

    • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL will be an added advantage, or any other related certification will give preferences.

    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various hardware components (servers, networking equipment, surveillance, peripherals) and troubleshooting methods.

    • Software Skills: Proficiency in using service management software and tools (e.g., CRM software or Google sheet etc).

    • Customer Service Training: Training or certification in customer service best practices.
    • Job Description:
    • Service Coordination: Coordinate service requests from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective handling of customer issues.

    • Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with service delivery.

    • Resource Allocation: Assign service requests to technicians based on skillset, availability, and priority.

    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and customer interactions.

    • SLA Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements, escalating issues as necessary to meet commitments.

    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in service delivery and customer support.

    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including sales, technical support, and management to resolve complex issues and improve customer service.

    • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on service metrics, trends, and performance to management.

    • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with hardware vendors for warranty claims, replacements, or technical support.

    • Inventory Management: Assist in managing spare parts inventory and logistics for timely repair and replacement.
