Job Description

We are hiring for the Service Coordinator Profile for Indore and Hyderabad location, Please find the JD below-

The Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating communication and coordination between clients, service technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Job Role/Job Description

Client Interaction:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing updates on service status.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Service Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Coordinate service requests and dispatch Service Engineer to client locations based on availability, urgency, and technical expertise.
Optimize scheduling efficiency to maximize Service Engineer productivity and minimize downtime.

Technical Support Liaison:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and technical support staff, conveying technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolution updates.
Ensure clear communication of technical information to non-technical clients and vice versa.

Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, including client information, service history, and resolution details.
Generate reports on service activities, including response times, completion rates, and client satisfaction metrics.

Problem Resolution:
  • Proactively identify service-related issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with internal teams to address systemic issues and improve service delivery processes.

Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to solicit feedback from clients and assess satisfaction levels.
Implement quality assurance measures to uphold service standards and identify areas for improvement.
