Attend to
customer service calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Allocate service calls to technicians based on priority and availability, ensuring
prompt- and efficient service delivery.
Utilize the company CRM system
to log, track, and manage all service calls and customer
interactions.
Prepare repair quotations for air conditioning systems using Tally software.
Follow up
with customers for confirmation and approval of repair quotations.
Coordinate with technicians and ensure all service calls are attended to within the
stipulated time frame.
Maintain accurate records of all service calls, quotations, and customer interactions.
Provide regular updates and reports to the management on service call status and
resolution.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of service-related documentation
and
communications.
Handle any customer complaints
or issues, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's
satisfaction.
Proven experience in a customer service
or service coordination role, preferably in the
industry.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Tally software.
Previous experience in
preparing quotations and handling
customer approvals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
