Raise service ticket / work order and notify to Technical Services Engineer.
Update Technical engineers comments & action plan in the register untill closure of the call.
Generate service ticketing
[Call registeration ticket, evaluation work order (EWO), repair work order (RWO)]
Courteous, empthatic responses to all incoming calls
Segregate the calls as per the format
Enter the call details to the respective register
Followup to ensure the committments are honored (Either by Arvi/customer), Call
attending committments, Spares commitment etc, monitor as per escalation chart
Ensure all the repaired cards / units test reports are signed by BM/ABM and filed,
