- Attending Customer calls regarding Customer complaints and service complaints
- Assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate resources and providers
- Responding to complaints and resolving issues or matching clients with better services
- Mail drafting.
- Should have exp in Handle Team ,Team leading,
- Coordinate with site operators.
- Maintained the records of gensets in log sheets, servicing record of gensets.
- Preparing service reports ,maintain record
- Site visit
